A valid card is required to be held on file in order to enforce the cancellation policy. Nothing is charged to this card unless the cancellation policy is broken. Online booking will require a card to be entered for each appointment booked. You may store your card on file via your online booking account or in the studio after your initial appointment.
Booking Fees
All appointments require a non refundable booking fee. The fee will go towards your service the day of your appointment. If you need to reschedule your appointment this fee can be transferred one time to a later date when rescheduled up to 72 hours of your scheduled appointment. Any cancellation or other rescheduling will require another booking fee which does not go towards the total.
Cancellations
I require 72 hours to make any changes to your appointment. Any changes or cancellations after that and you will be charged 50% of your service. No shows will be charged 100% of the service. Showing up anytime after 10 minutes late to your appointment is considered a no show and you will be charged the full amount. More than one no call/no show will result in no longer being able to book services with Bloom Beauty.
Children and guests
No children or guests may be brought to your appointment. Due to the nature of services, children are not aloud in the treatment room, and may not be left untended in the hallway or the waiting area.
Sick/Family emergency
If you have an infectious or contagious illness, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. In order to avoid being charged the cancellation fee, you must reschedule your appointment no later than 14 days later than your scheduled appointment.
Refund Policy
You are paying for artist time, product, and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products.
Payment
I prefer cash, but I accept card with a 3% fee or Afterpay with a 6% fee.
